Villa Ohana is a delightful 4-bedroom villa located on a quiet road in Kalamar Bay, just 300 metres from the sea and within a few minutes' walking distance to Lures, Kalamar and Kulube beach clubs. There are also restaurants, cafes and a supermarket within a 7-minute walk and the centre of the Old Town is about a 20-25 minute walk or just a short taxi-ride away.

The villa is traditionally furnished and offers different areas for a family or group of friends to relax together or find a quiet corner to sit while taking in the views of the mountains and the sea.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The entrance door is within a covered glass conservatory to the side of the villa and opens into the open plan living area. 

The living room has a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus an ornamental fireplace.  There is also a Smart TV and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and nearby is a second set of sliding doors leading out to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, water cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

There is also a separate shower room on this floor and a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests’ use.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level - the pink room is a double with a feature wall and a dressing area with fitted wardrobes. An archway leads through to the en-suite bathroom with an over-bath shower. Within the bedroom is a dressing table with stool and sliding doors lead out to the shared balcony with two wrought iron armchairs with cushions plus a circular table with two chairs in which to take in the views across Kalamar Bay.

Next door is the blue room with a feature wall and this room has twin beds with an arch leading to a built in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.  Within the bedroom is a dressing table with stool and sliding doors lead out to the shared balcony with sea views.

Second floor:

This floor has the Master bedroom that occupies the whole of the front of the villa on this level.  Within the room is a feature wall with a chaise longue at the end of the double bed. There are unique wooden wardrobes with mirrored doors and a dressing table with stool. There is also an office table with a chair plus an en-suite shower room. On either side of the dressing table are two glass doors giving access to the covered private balcony. On the balcony are two wicker armchairs and a coffee table from which to take in the wonderful sea views.

Also on this floor is also a small bedroom with two bunk beds, a dressing table with stool and a wardrobe.  A glass door leads to a side balcony with a chair and small table. This room would be ideal for children who would need to share the en-suite shower room within the Master bedroom.

Third floor / roof terrace:

At the top of the stairs is a kitchenette with sink, kettle and drinks’ fridge with glasses and cups.

Through a glass door, the roof terrace is furnished  with two sun loungers plus a parasol and beneath a pergola is a comfortable seating area in which to relax and enjoy the panoramic views out towards Mouse and Snake islands.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater pool has steps at one end and a ladder at the other to access the water.  There are seven sun loungers spaced around the pool with three parasols.  There is a round table with a parasol and 2 wrought iron metal chairs from which to enjoy the wonderful bougainvillea by the pool.

To the side of the villa is a covered area with a circular glass dining table with 8 chairs and a seating area with a coffee table with direct access to the kitchen through a glass door. There is also a gas BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al fresco dining.

At the rear of the villa is a cushioned built-in sofa and on the other side of the mature garden are two wooden chairs and a table from which to enjoy the beautiful garden and fruit trees on the terraces above.

There is also a poolside shower provided.

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• Pool dimensions are approximately 3.5 metres x 5.9 metres x 1.45 metres deep
• A safety deposit box is provided
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be provided - if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided
