Villa Lauren is a spacious 3-bedroom property in the Lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan with views across to Kalkan Bay and only a 15-minute walk into town.

The owners have refurbished the property over the last few years, and the decor offers comfort and style as well as plenty of room for a family or group of friends to enjoy the views and tranquillity.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor:

The villa is accessed from a gate at street level which opens straight onto the pool terrace. The entrance door is to the side of the villa and opens into a hallway with a separate shower room with WC and basin for guests using the ground floor twin bedroom.  Within this bedroom is a dressing table with stool, a bedside table and wardrobe.

The living area to the front of the villa has two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table with a Smart TV.  There is also a DVD player and DVDs in the draw below the TV for guests to use.  There are also board games which guests are welcome to play.

The sleek kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with extractor fan, cafetiere, kettle and toaster. There is also an ironing board and iron in one of the cupboards for guests to use.

First floor:

There are two double bedrooms on this level.  The master bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe with two bedside tables and a dressing table with stool.  There is an en-suite shower with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony with a circular table and two chairs - the perfect place to take in the spectacular sea views.

The second double bedroom next door has built-in wardrobes, two bedside tables and a dressing table with stool.   There is also an en-suite shower room with WC and basin as well as the washing machine in the cupboard below the basin for guests to use. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony with sea views.

Outside the villa:

The pool terrace is accessed through sliding glass doors from the kitchen. A mosaic tiled dining table with 6 wrought iron chairs can be found beneath a pergola with a built in BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining. 

There is also a comfortable wrought iron sofa with two armchairs with comfy cushions at the front of the villa with views across Kalkan to the bay.

The freshwater pool has a ladder for access and there are 6 sun loungers with 3 parasols and side tables spaced around it. 

There is also a swing chair to relax and take in the wonderful sea views within the mature garden.
