Villa Iona is a contemporary and spacious 3-bedroom property in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan with wonderful sea and mountain views.
A short walk takes you to the popular House Kitchen & Bar as well as the Lures and Kalamar Beach Clubs below.
The centre of Kalkan is only a 20-minute walk away with cafes and a supermarket close by on the Kalamar Road.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground Floor:
The entrance door to the side of the villa leads into an open plan living area with a cloakroom near the front door, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests' use in the cupboard below the stairs.
The living area has a large L-shaped sofa with a coffee table and a TV with firestick which guests are welcome to use.
The sleek fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, water cooler, coffee filter machine, kettle and toaster.
The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably with wonderful views of the bay through the sliding glass doors across the whole front of the villa on this level. These doors provide access to the pool terrace.
First floor:
This floor has two bedrooms – the first bedroom to the left is a double with an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Within the room is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror above and stool. Sliding doors lead out to the large, shared balcony with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the views across the bay.
The second bedroom to the right is a twin with an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Within the room is a wardrobe and chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror and stool. Sliding doors lead out to the shared balcony with two deck chairs to relax and take in the sea and mountain views.
Second floor/ roof terrace:
This floor has a large double bedroom under high eaves with a wardrobe, chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror and an armchair. The spacious en-suite bathroom has Jacuzzi bath with a view, as well as a separate shower with WC and basin. There is also a small drinks fridge so guests can enjoy something cool whilst the sun goes down before heading into town for dinner.
Sliding doors provide access to the roof terrace which is furnished with a sofa and two chairs with a coffee table and a retractable awning when shade is required - the perfect place to enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains and across the bay to Mouse and Snake islands.
Outside the villa:
The freshwater pool has a ladder at one end and an integral Jacuzzi to access the water at the other end. There are 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols on the surrounding terrace. There is also an external shower for guests' use.
At the front of the villa, under the cover of the large balcony above, is an L-shaped rattan sofa and coffee table. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs and a built in BBQ to enable your party to enjoy alfresco dining.
In addition, a basket swing chair is set below the trees from which to enjoy the tranquil views this area of Kalkan offers.
