This magnificent luxurious 6-bedroom villa is definitely one of the jewels in the Kalkan crown and is extremely popular with our discerning guests.

Situated in the exclusive Kömurlük area of Kalkan (just to the east of the harbour and old town), Villa Gozcu sits on a generous plot, and is in an enviable position, close to Palm and Zest beach clubs.

Even before entering the villa, you will be struck by the villa's unique architecture and spacious terrace area which features a shaded dining area to seat 12 guests.  The elegantly curved infinity pool is approximately 60 square metres in area and can be heated at certain times of the year. The terrace and pool, uniquely for the area, get sun all day long.

The villa’s entrance brings you into a spectacular open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with an almost full glass frontage.  On this level, there is one double bedroom with en-suite wet room and access to a small private terrace and garden area.

Up on the first floor, reached by a stylish marble staircase, are three more spacious bedrooms (two doubles and twin), each with an en-suite wet room.  The main bedroom has lovely sea views, with a large curved window and a balcony. The second double bedroom on this floor has a Juliet balcony plus access to a terrace area. The twin bedroom has a balcony. 

Another level up is a further twin bedroom, with an en-suite wet room and a spacious roof terrace with stunning views.

At lower ground floor level, is another twin bedroom  with an en-suite wet room and access to a secluded rear terrace area. 

The real surprise of the villa is at the lower ground level, where a large room has been designed to offer all sorts of leisure activities which include table tennis, billiard table, gym equipment (cross trainer, treadmill, exercise bike) and a TV + DVD area. This enormous area has its own WC and basin and small windows have been fitted to allow some natural light in while keeping the area cool.

The walk to Kalkan’s public beach and the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 12-15 minutes. There is also a pathway that runs from Kömurlük to the public beach and harbour area which will take about 10 minutes, however this is pretty rough underfoot. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via water taxis from nearby Palm or Zest beach clubs. These popular beach clubs offer direct access to the sea via spacious sundecks and Palm Beach Club also has a small private pebbly beach, while Zest Beach Club has a swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire and each beach club also has an excellent sea view restaurant.

• Twice weekly clean and linen change (ie – if staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and linen change are provided. If staying for 2 weeks, a clean and linen change are carried out roughly every 3rd or 4th day)
• Beach towels are provided for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival 
• Bottled water is provided via the drinks dispenser on the Fridge in the kitchen and a separate water dispenser in the basement
• Villa Gozcu has a security alarm system and a large safe installed
