This 4-bedroom villa has recently been refurbished and is situated in Kisla with wonderful sea views across the bay from the roof terrace and bedroom balconies.
The living space is light and airy offering a family or group of friends the space to enjoy socialising together.
Villa Celeste is a 25-minute walk to the old town, but the nearby beach clubs offer water taxis to the harbour throughout the day. There is a mini-market close to the villa as well.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The entrance door leads into the open plan living space with two sofas spaced around an oval coffee table. A flat screen TV with English channels is provided. Sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace.
On the other side of an ornate wrought iron curved staircase, is the well-equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, water cooler, kettle and toaster. There is a kitchen island with 4 bar chairs too.
There is a separate snug on this level, with a sofa and armchair and a flat screen TV. This room can be turned into a single room on request.
A shower room with WC and basin can also be found on this floor.
First floor:
This floor has three bedrooms; the first room on the right is a double with en-suite shower room. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe with a dressing table and chair. There is a picture window, and a glass door leads to the shared balcony which is furnished with two deck chairs and a coffee table. A great vantage point from which to take in the views of the bay.
The middle bedroom is at the rear of the villa and is a twin with an en-suite shower room. There's a built-in wardrobe and a high dressing table with a chair. The window looks out onto the mature garden below.
The last bedroom on this level is at the front of the villa and is another double with en-suite shower room. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe and a glass door leads to the shared balcony. Again, this room has a picture window and offers fabulous views of Kalkan Bay and the old town beyond.
Second floor:
Under the eaves is a double bedroom with side tables and built in half wardrobes. A glass door leads out to the roof terrace. There is an adjacent shower room for guests using this bedroom.
Under the eaves is a low entrance way for access to the washing machine. This area offers space on which to store suitcases too.
The roof terrace features a raised Jacuzzi bath plus a day bed and two sun loungers to enable you to make the most of the sunshine and the wonderful sea and mountain views.
Outside the villa:
The freshwater pool is accessed by a ladder and 4 very comfy sun loungers plus a parasol and 2 side tables are provided on the surrounding terrace.
In addition, there's a beautiful wooden pergola with an L-Shaped sofa and armchair spaced around a coffee table - the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
To the side of the villa beneath a pergola, is a dining table with 8 chairs with a stone BBQ as well as a portable BBQ for al fresco dining.
In the mature gardens that surround the villa, is a wrought iron sofa with cushions with side tables and lanterns to enable you to escape the heat of the day.
