Old Quarter Villa is a two-bedroom property in the Old Town of Kalkan, is only a few minutes’ walk away from the restaurants and bars below.

The property has a modern interior with sea views and its own pool.

The accommodation is set out as follows:

Ground floor:

Entering the property through a metal gate off the side street, the entrance door leads into the open plan living area with a dining table and 4 chairs. This is next to the living room which has a sofa and coffee table a large smart TV and a decorative fireplace. There are also two armchairs with a side table to relax in as well.

The well-equipped galley kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

There is also a cloak room with a basin and WC as well as a water cooler for guests use.  The cupboard by the stairs has a washing machine which guests are welcome to use.

First floor:

There are two double bedrooms on this floor - the main bedroom at the front of the villa has a fitted wardrobe with two bedside tables, with an ensuite shower with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with wrought iron railings with sea views.

The second bedroom is a smaller double with a free-standing wardrobe with mirrored doors, two bedside tables and an ensuite shower with WC and basin.

Second floor/roof terrace:

At the top of the landing is a sink under the eaves to the right and an ironing board with iron for guests use.

A glass door opens onto the roof terrace which has two sun loungers with a parasol and a small dining table with 4 chairs - the perfect place to enjoy the views across Kalkan Bay to the islands.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater pool is accessed via a ladder and there is a small shallow end before becoming deeper.

There are two sun loungers and two parasols spaced around the pool with views across the roof tops to the sea.

Points to note:

• The villa is fully air-conditioned.
• A welcome pack provided on arrival.
• Pool towels provided for guests’ use.
• There is a safe provided for guests' use.
• A weekly clean and linen change is provided – therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change.
