We are delighted to add this modern and stylish 6-bedroom property in the Kisla area of Kalkan with wonderful sea views.

This property offers guests plenty of space both inside and out, with its contemporary decor.

It is also just a short walk down hill to Kalkan Park Beach Club where you can get a water taxi during the day to the harbour.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor level:

The property is accessed down steps from the street above that lead to the back of the villa with its mature garden and wrap around veranda.

The front door leads into an open plan living space with a cloak room with WC and basin for guests use.  To the left is the living room with two sofas and 2 armchairs spaced around a coffee table with a Smart TV.  Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace with incredible vistas of Kalkan Bay and the mountains that surround it.

There is also a dining table that seats 10 comfortably with a sleek well-equipped kitchen, with a gas hob and extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler.

Also on this level is the first of the 6 bedrooms down the hallway from the living room.  This is a double room with built in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Sliding glass doors lead to the pool terrace with sea views.

First floor:

This level has two Master bedrooms. The first to the left has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and a jacuzzi bath with WC and basin.  Within the room are two armchairs with a side table as well as a dressing table with stool and built in wardrobes.  Sliding doors lead to the large private balcony with two chairs and a side table to take in the incredible views.  

The second Master bedroom to the right of the stairs has two chairs within the room as well as a dressing table with stool. The built in wardrobes offer plenty of storage next to the ensuite bathroom that has a separate shower and jacuzzi bath with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead out to the private balcony with two chairs and a side table from which to take in the panoramic views.

Second floor / roof terrace:

This level is under the eaves with a desk and two office chairs to the left of the stairs which guests are welcome to use.  There is also a water cooler and glass doors lead to the roof terrace.  The double bedroom has an ensuite shower with WC and basin and a fitted wardrobe within the room.

The roof terrace has a wooden sofa with comfy cushions as well as two sun loungers with a parasol to make the most of the wonderful vistas.

Lower ground floor:

There are two twin bedrooms on this level which can be made into doubles on request.  The first twin room has a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead out to the covered terrace with seating and partial sea views.  Guests are also able to access the small pool with a ladder and enjoy the cascading water from the infinity pool above.

The second twin bedroom has two shuttered windows within the room which look out over the garden. There is an en-suite shower room with WC and basin and a wardrobe within the room.

Between the bedrooms is a living room with sofa and TV and glass doors give access to the outside covered terrace as well as external stairs leading up to the pool terrace.

There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board which guests are welcome to use.

Outside the villa:

The villa has a beautiful infinity-edged pool on two sides with spectacular views of the bay towards the harbour and out to Mouse and Snake islands.  At one end of the pool are roman steps leading into the water with 8 sun loungers and 3 parasols spaced around it.  There is also a separate jacuzzi and both can be heated on request.

At the front of the villa are wooden armchairs with cushions and side tables to relax and enjoy the incredible sea views. To the side of the villa on wooden decking is a further sofa set, and this leads to the outside dining table with 10 chairs and a built in BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining. There are also double swing seat and a single swing seat for guests to enjoy.

For those guests who like to be a bit more energetic, there is a table tennis table as well.
