We are delighted to add Villa White Dream to our portfolio of luxurious villas. Built to exacting specifications by one of Kalkan’s leading architects, White Dream makes the most of its stunning  sea views by effectively bringing the ‘outside in’ via glass doors that open out fully on to the pool terrace. The same feature applies in the villa’s master bedroom suite.

Being situated directly behind the popular Kalamar Beach Club, direct access to the sea , as well as various water sports and an excellent cafe-style restaurant, are all within one minute’s walk. In addition, there are other free bathing platforms with direct access to the sea, also within a 1 -2 minute walk.

Decorated in cool neutral tones in a simple and contemporary style, the villa oozes style and tranquillity.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access. The accommodation is set out as follows:

Lower ground floor:

Garage area with automatic door. Stairs up to pool terrace. Door with access to main part of the villa. Storage cupboards and utility room with washing machine, sink unit, iron and ironing board. There is a separate WC on this level.

Ground Floor:

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with full-width glass frontage. The dining table seats 8 people. The living area has an L-shaped leather sofa and flat satellite screen TV. The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, cooker + hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

First Floor:

Double bedroom with stunning sea views and spacious shaded balcony to the side of the villa. This bedroom has a dressing area and an en-suite shower room.

Further double bedroom with stunning sea views and spacious shaded balcony to the side of the villa. This bedroom has a dressing area and an en-suite shower room.

Second Floor:

Master bedroom occupying the whole width of the villa. Glass frontage with doors that open out fully onto a very spacious balcony. Stunning sea views. Dressing area plus large en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath + hand-held shower.

Roof level:

Twin bedroom built into the eaves (therefore, in some areas, it has restricted height). Separate shower room. Access to the villa’s roof terrace which features a large daybed and beautiful sea views.

Outside the villa:

To the rear of the villa is a shaded area which has a hammock and table-tennis.

The villa also has an outdoor shower and a free-standing BBQ.

The infinity-edged pool has roman-style steps.

A comfortable seating area is provided on the terrace, together with a dining table to seat 8.

Ample sun-loungers and parasols are provided.

As mentioned, the villa is within very close proximity to the sea front and Kalamar Beach Club.
