Set on hillside in the lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, this beautiful villa is the perfect choice for a family or group of friends looking to appreciate the renowned beauty of the Turquoise coast.  

Sleeping up to six people, guests at Villa Sunshine will enjoy a bright open-plan living space, drenched in natural light through the large glass doors. These open out onto a spacious terrace area where you can indulge in some al-fresco dining late into the evening, having cooked up a feast on the barbeque. 

There are three bedrooms within the villa, all finished with stylish design elements, each benefitting from en-suite bathrooms as well as access onto a terrace on which you can enjoy your morning coffee. The magnificent master suite even boasts a rooftop Jacuzzi.

As well as the upper terrace, guests will love the fabulous lower terrace featuring a large inviting pool surrounded by sun loungers, table tennis  and a comfortable shaded seated area.
