Villa Sandie is a luxuriously appointed 4 bedroom detached villa in a convenient location just 12-15 minutes’ walk to central Kalkan.

The villa has been the subject of a total and complete renovation and has many additional features such as a separate spa area complete with sauna, hammam and gymnasium.

Villa Sandie’s superb 11 metre pool is double-aspect and the roof terrace with stunning sea views and further plunge pool is another great feature of this beautifully presented property.

The huge open plan living space on the ground floor, comprises a kitchen with a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine and microwave. There is plenty of comfortable seating, together with a TV and DVD player and a dining table to seat 8 guests is provided.

A guest cloakroom / WC is also located on this level.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor of the villa:

1. Bedroom: a double, with en-suite facilities – large sea view balcony

2. Bedroom: a double, with en-suite facilities – access to sea view balcony shared with bedroom 3

3. Bedroom: a twin, with en-suite facilities – access to sea view balcony shared with bedroom 2

The 4^th bedroom is located on the second floor:

4. Bedroom: a double, with en-suite facilities and in-room Jacuzzi bath – access to terrace complete with bar area, plunge pool and amazing sea views

Outside the villa:

Villa Sandie’s spacious pool terrace features a double-aspect pool, decked and tiled areas for seating and a separately accessed spa area, comprising a sauna, gym and Hammam. There are also attractively planted grassed areas and olive trees incorporated into the landscaping. 

A BBQ and al-fresco dining area are also provided, together with sun-loungers and comfortable seating sets.

Points to note:

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• Wifi internet connection is provided
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out twice weekly – so if staying for 1 week, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change included. If staying for 2 weeks, there is a clean and linen change included in the middle of your first week, one at the end of the first week (ie: in the middle of your stay) and one in the middle of your second week
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Main pool dimensions: approximately 11 metres x 4 metres and 1.50 metres deep
• Rooftop pool dimensions: approximately 4 metres x 3.5 metres and 0.75 metres deep
