Villa Safran is a large newly-renovated 4 bedroom villa with private pool and charming gardens.

Located along the Kalamar Road, it is a stones’ throw from numerous cafes and restaurants and also close to Kalamar Bay with access to the popular Kalamar and Kulube Beach Clubs.

The centre of Kalkan town is a 15 minute walk away (predominantly on the flat).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Kitchen:

Located on the ground floor the kitchen is a fully equipped American style kitchen. Including a dishwasher, dinner table and chairs, oven, microwave and ample crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Living room:

Located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace. There are two sofas and armchairs, Plasma TV and air-conditioning.

Bedroom 1:

Located on the ground floor this bedroom is a twin, with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 :

This bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table and hairdryer.

Bedroom 3:

This bedroom is on the first floor and has twin beds, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table and hairdryer.

Bedroom 4:

This bedroom is on the second floor and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table and hairdryer, plus access to a roof terrace.

Outside the villa:

Private pool, sunbathing area and garden. Sun loungers, sun parasols. A shaded outside dining area is provided, plus a BBQ and a pool shower. A small children’s play area is also provided.

Points to note:

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• If staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided (if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
