Villa Royal 1 is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan and is within walking distance to the centre of town (approximately 12-15 minutes). The villa is a semi-detached property with 3 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. 

Villa Royal 1 has lovely sea and mountain views, plus its own private infinity-edged pool. It's next door but one to Villa Royal 2. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area:

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus flat screen TV.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven and a gas hob. There is also a dining table to seat 6 guests.

A guest cloak room is located on the ground floor off the living area.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - (first floor) with double bed, balcony and en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 2 - (first floor) – with twin beds, balcony and en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 3 - (second floor) – with double bed, balcony and en-suite facilities.

Outside the villa:

The villa has a lovely pool terrace with great views and an infinity-edged pool with a bridge feature to allow access to the front of the pool terrace.

There’s a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 6 and a seating area from which to enjoy the views.

A free-standing BBQ is provided.

Points to note: 

• A welcome pack is not provided at these villas - we can arrange one at a cost of £15 per pack if required. This needs to be booked in advance. Or if preferred, we can organise for a shopping delivery upon receipt of a list (again, this needs to be booked in advance)
• Pool towels are provided on arrival
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis – so if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean + linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean + linen change
• Wifi internet connection is provided
• A safe is provided
• Alarm system provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 6).
