Villa Nabelle is a recently upgraded 4-bedroom detached villa in the Kisla district of Kalkan. The refurbishment has been completed to a high standard featuring restful neutral tones. Villa Nabelle is within a short walk to local beach clubs and has amazing views over Kalkan bay.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

This floor comprises an open plan living, kitchen and dining area.

The newly-fitted modern kitchen includes Bosch appliances such as fridge-freezer, electric hob, extractor fan, built in microwave and oven.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and large wall-mounted flat screen TV.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and this seats 8 guests.

Sliding glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

A guest WC is located on this floor.

An attractive marble staircase leads up to the first floor.

First floor:

Here you will find two spacious double bedrooms. Each of these has a large en-suite shower room and they share a balcony that wraps around the width of the property.

A door from one of the bedrooms leads to a utility room, which houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Second floor:

This level has two twin bedrooms, one with standard single-sized beds, the other has two small double beds. These bedrooms share a large shower room which is en-suite to one of the bedrooms but the occupants of the other bedroom can access it via a second door on the landing.

These bedrooms also have access to a spacious terrace that has a seating set and far-reaching views. A great vantage point for enjoying the spectacular sunsets that are a feature of this area of Kalkan.

Outside the villa:

The villa has a terrace that wraps around the villa and this features an infinity-edged pool with steps for access. A shaded dining area is provided together with sunloungers and parasols plus a comfortable seating set that makes the most of the stunning views. A free-standing BBQ is also provided.

• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• Weekly cleans and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out and if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
