This 4-bedroom villa is situated close to the sea in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan, and has wonderful sea views across the bay.

The living space is light and airy offering plenty of space inside and out.

The villa is a 25-minute walk to the old town, but there is a selection of restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket.  The Kulube and Kalamar Beach Clubs are close at hand and these offer easy access for those who enjoy swimming in the sea.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The villa’s entrance door leads into the open plan living space.  The living room has two sofas and an armchair set around a coffee table.  There is a flat screen TV and sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace.  

The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.  

The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is a cloakroom by the stairs for guests’ use.

First floor:

This floor has two bedrooms - one twin and one double.  The double bedroom is located at the front of the villa and is semi-circular with floor to ceiling windows.  Sliding doors access the wrap-around shared balcony, on which are two chairs and a table for each bedroom.  The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and built-in bath with wonderful views of the bay below.

The twin bedroom on this level, has an en-suite shower and a glass door to access the shared balcony (as described above).

Second floor:

This floor has two double bedrooms. One double bedroom is located at the front of the villa and has semi-circular windows with a sliding door to access the wrap-around shared balcony.  The en-suite bathroom has an integral shower within the corner bath.

The second double bedroom on this level has an en-suite shower and a glass door provides access to the shared wrap-around balcony that has two sets of chairs.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater pool has a ladder for access and is surrounded by 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols. The shaded al-fresco dining table seats 8 guests and there is a built in BBQ provided.  

At the rear of the villa is a covered seating area with a comfy sofa and 2 armchairs set around a coffee table offering a calm space in which to relax.

There is an external utility room to the side of the villa that contains a washing machine for guests’ use.

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet access is provided
• Table football is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for your use
• A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, although it may be possible to arrange one at additional cost if required)

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 8).
