Villa Kamile Sultan is a new addition to our portfolio for this season and is conveniently and centrally located, so only a short walk to the Old Town.

This villa offers spacious and modern decor with 5 bedrooms over three floors.

Living area:

The living area is open plan with 2 sofas set around a coffee table with a flat screen TV that offers English Channels. The dining table seats 10 comfortably and there are sliding doors for access to the pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, kettle, toaster and water dispenser.

Lower ground floor:

This level has two bedrooms; the first is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out to a patio garden with seating.

The second bedroom is a twin with en-suite shower room and sliding doors that lead out to the patio garden.

Also on this level is the utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level; the master has a dressing area and en-suite shower as well as sliding doors that lead out to a private balcony that overlooks the Kalkan rooftops towards the bay.

The second bedroom is a twin and has en-suite shower room and a private balcony as well.

Second floor:

The top floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower and sliding doors to access the roof terrace, which features a Jacuzzi and seating from to enjoy the sea views.

Outside the villa:

There are 10 sun loungers spaced around the pool with parasols. There is also a dining area with BBQ and covered seating to enjoy the outside space which also includes a grassed area. The infinity pool is approximately 11 metres x 4 metres x 1.55 metres deep with a ladder for access.

Points to note:

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• A welcome pack is not provided at this property. We can arrange one for you if required at a cost of £15 - this needs to be booked in advance with at least 3 days' notice
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• WiFi internet access is provided
• Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
