Villa Daniela is a well-presented 5-bedroom detached villa in a very convenient location, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Kalkan and a stone’s throw away from a selection of popular restaurants along the ‘Kalamar’ road.

Recently refurnished by new owners, the villa provided light and spacious accommodation for up to 9 guests, together with a 38 square metre pool wrap-around pool, gated terrace area and furnished roof terrace with sea views.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Entrance hallway with ample storage (housing washing machine). Guest cloakroom / WC.

Bright open-plan living, kitchen and dining area.

The living area is comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is very well appointed and includes Bosch appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, oven + hob, microwave oven and a dishwasher.

The dining table seats up to 6 guests but it can be extended to seat 8. In addition, there are x2 stools at the breakfast bar so 10 can be seated in total.

A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room is located on this floor – this bedroom has access to a terrace at the rear of the villa.

First floor:

Double bedroom – this bedroom is dual aspect and has a wrap-around balcony and an en-suite shower room.

Double bedroom – this bedroom has a balcony and an en-suite shower room.

Single bedroom – this bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Second floor:

This floor has a spacious twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to a roof terrace that has sea views. This bedroom also has a TV and Playstation.

The roof terrace is furnished with comfortable seating from which to enjoy the views (the terrace can also be accessed via a separate door on the landing as well as via the bedroom on this level).

Outside the villa:

Pool terrace with an L-shaped pool, ample sunbeds, parasols and a hammock. A dining table is provided that seats 8 guests.

An outside shower is provided together with a built in BBQ and sink.

To the rear of the villa is an attractive garden area.

Points to note: 

• WiFi internet access is provided
• The villa has a security alarm, CCTV plus a safe
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there will be no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
