As you can appreciate, we are dealing with an enormous volume of calls and messages relating to the recent disappointing news that Turkey is to remain on the ‘Red’ list at least until the next formal Government review scheduled for 5th August 2021.
We are dealing with bookings in arrival date order and those that will be immediately impacted by this news have to take priority.
We are aware that many of you are due to pay your balances either now or imminently. If this is the case, then we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.

While we fully understand that you will have concerns regarding the possible impact that the COVID-19 pandemic may continue to have on travel arrangements this year, travel restrictions can be lifted as quickly as they’re imposed and it's obviously impossible to say what restrictions may, or may not be in place in the coming months.
As we act as a booking agent on behalf of the owners of the properties we feature within our portfolio, any amendment to our standard Booking Terms + Conditions and cancellation policy, is at the sole discretion of the relevant property owner concerned. However, as we did throughout the 2020 season, we will endeavour to work closely with our owners throughout 2021 to find satisfactory and fair solutions should any of our guests’ travel plans be disrupted by government imposed restrictions as a result of the pandemic.
If you are looking to book a particular property with us this year, but are concerned about continuing uncertainty relating to travel and COVID-19, please let us know and we will be happy to liaise with the property owner on your behalf to establish if they're willing to apply any special terms in the event that you are unable to travel owing to government imposed travel restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Depending on the circumstances and the individual property owner, this might involve deferment of your payment to a future date at the same accommodation (subject to availability and at the rates relevant to your revised dates) or, in some cases and under certain conditions, a refund might be offered (less the deduction of any payment processing fees if you made your payment to us by card). Please note that any special terms will be at the sole discretion of the relevant owner and policies vary from owner to owner. If any special terms are agreed by the owner, these will be clearly outlined to you prior to you confirming a booking with us.
