A luxury 3-bedroomed detached villa in the prestigious Kormurluk area of Kalkan with stunning uninterrupted sea views.
The property has recently been the subject of an extensive renovation programme and is available for holiday rental from the end of June 2011.
The accommodation is set out as follows:
Ground Floor:
Spacious open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The living area has a feature fireplace plus a double sofa-bed for additional guests if required.
The well-appointed fitted kitchen features granite work surfaces and a range of modern appliances.
There is a shower room with WC on this level.
First Floor:
Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower / wet rooms.
Both of these bedrooms have access to a large verandah-style balcony that runs across the whole width of the property.
Lower ground level:
Twin bedroom with en-suite shower / wet room. Please note that this level is accessed from outside the villa via steps leadind down from the main entrance - it cannot be accessed from inside the main part of the villa so it would not be suitable for young children.
Outside:
Large fresh-water pool and spacious terrace area which incorporates a shaded pergola for al-fresco dining. In addition, there is a second pergola with ottoman seating.
The walk to Kalkan’s public beach and the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via free water taxi from nearby Palm Beach Club which is a few minutes walk away.
This beach club offers direct access to the sea via a spacious sundeck and small private beach. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire and the beach club also has an excellent sea view restaurant.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. Satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi internet access are provided. Twice weekly clean and linen change. Welcome pack provided on arrival.
