We are very happy to add Villa Unlimited to our expanding portfolio of luxury villas in Kalkan.

Completed in May 2016 to the highest specifications, Villa Unlimited promises to be popular with our most discerning guests who will appreciate the villa's stunning views and spacious pool and terrace area.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and it's been furnished in a luxurious and contemporary style. Conveniently located, the centre of Kalkan town is an approximate 15 minutes walk away.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area which features floor to ceiling windows and a central open gallery - these make the most of the great views and allow light to flood into the villa. 

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a flatscreen TV and DVD player.

The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area seats 10 guests.

There is one bedroom on this level (Bedroom 1) - a double, with en-suite shower room and patio doors that lead out onto the pool terrace.

A separate WC is also located on this floor.

First floor:

This level houses three more bedrooms -

Bedroom 2: With double bed, en-suite shower room and patio doors sea view balcony (balcony shared with Bedroom 3).

Bedroom 3: With twin beds, en-suite shower room and patio doors to sea view balcony (balcony shared with Bedroom 2).

Bedroom 4 (Master Bedroom): With double bed, en-suite shower room, free-standing Jacuzzi,bath and patio doors to private sea view balcony.

Second floor:

Bedroom 5: Double bed, en-suite shower room with access to a private roof terrace that has fantastic sea and mountain views. The roof terrace also features a free-standing Jacuzzi and is furnished with sun-loungers.

Outside the villa:

Villa Unlimited boats a spacious terrace with a larger than average pool (some 95 square metres). This features a shallow section plus a Jacuzzi section and a children's pool. The surrounding terrace is spacious and has ample sun-loungers and parasols. An al-fresco dining area is also provided (seats 10 guests).

It is possible to provide pool heating at this villa - extra costs will apply if this is required. Please see below for details.

Points to note:

• The villa has WiFi internet connection
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• A free-standing BBQ is provided
• Table tennis is provided
• The pool size is approximately 95 square metres
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• Welcome pack provided on arrival
• The villa has a security alarm system and CCTV
• A safe is provided for guests' use
• Pool heating is available at this villa during low season months - an additional cost of £250 per week will be applied for this. Please mention this at the time of booking
