We are delighted to be able to offer this brand new luxury five bedroomed detached villa in the Kisla area of Kalkan, with large infinity pool and roof terrace with hot-tub.

As the name suggests, the villa has great sea views and also has the benefit of being in a quiet location just 200m from the sea front. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is very close to the Kalkan Beach Park beach club with swimming and sunbathing platforms as well as a water taxi service to Kalkan harbour.

The villa has a secure gated entrance from the road and garage parking. Steps lead up to the pool terrace area with sunbathing and al-fresco dining areas.

The accommodation is configured as follows:

Ground Floor:

The ground floor is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen to the rear and lounge and dining areas to the front overlooking the pool area and the sea. Sliding doors open out on to the pool terrace. A flat-screen TV and WiFi internet connection are provided.

This level also has a WC.

First Floor:

This floor has a spacious double bedroom and a comfortable twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a large balcony that runs across the width of the villa. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Second Floor:

This floor has a spacious double bedroom and a comfortable twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a French balcony that runs across the width of the villa. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Third Floor:

This floor is dedicated to a large master bedroom suite which opens onto the stunning roof terrace with whirlpool hot-tub and stunning views. The master bedroom suite also has an en-suite shower room.

Outside the villa:

Large terrace with infinity pool with waterfall feature, ample sunloungers and an al-fresco dining area. Superb views over Kalkan bay.

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 10).
