Villa NaMe is located in a quiet and peaceful side street in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan and has beautiful views out to Mouse and Snake Islands. It’s close to the popular Yelkin Bistro and a number of other cafes and restaurants are within just a few minutes’ walk. The popular Kalamar Beach club is within a 10 minute walk from the villa and the centre of Kalkan town lies a 20 minute walk away (the walk is predominantly on the flat).


Although Villa NaMe is semi-detached, it enjoys a high level of privacy with an attractive terraced garden to one side of the villa as well as a spacious pool and terrace to the front.


The accommodation is set out over four levels and is laid out as follows:


Lower ground floor:


This level is home to the villa’s 4th bedroom – a double with en-suite shower room. This room is separately-accessed from the main part of the house and is therefore unsuitable for young unaccompanied children.


Ground floor:


Open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, built in oven and microwave, coffee machine and water cooler. A dining area is also incorporated into the island unit. In the living area, there is comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out from the living area on to the pool terrace.


A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor and this has a utility room off it, equipped with washing machine and dryer plus a sink.


First floor:


The first floor has two bedrooms, the first being a twin room with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has a sea view balcony with a small table and chairs.


The second bedroom on this floor has a king sized-bed, TV, dressing area and en-suite facilities (including a Jacuzzi) plus a sea view balcony.


Second floor:


The second floor has a king-sized double bedroom with access to the villa’s roof terrace. Although this bedroom is built into the eaves, it has good ceiling height. The en-suite shower room (with twin basins) is open plan, but still private. The roof terrace has far-reaching views, a shaded corner seating set at one end and a Jacuzzi bathtub at the other. 


Outside the villa:


The pool is a good size which is accessed by three steps that are the full width of the pool. The terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and parasols are provided. There is a built in BBQ and dining table and chairs set beneath a pergola. Pool heating is available during low season if required (this needs to be pre-booked and additional charges apply - please see below for details).


An attractive garden area is provided and this is furnished with a sofa and chairs.

  • The villa is fully air-conditioned
  • There is a parking bay to the front of the villa
  • The villa has a security alarm and CCTV
  • Pool dimensions are 4 metres x 10 metres x 1.5 metres deep
  • Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)

Pool heating is available during low season months - this needs to be pre-booked with at least 7 days' notice and a charge of £150 per week is applicable.
