The villa offers views across to Kalkan Bay and the Old Town with all its rooftop restaurants and the harbour is an approximate 12 minute walk away.
This traditionally built villa is fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished in a contemporary style.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The entrance door leads into a spacious open plan living area. The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances, including dishwasher, gas hob with an electric oven below, fridge-freezer, Lavazza coffee machine (please bring your own pods), toaster, kettle and water cooler. There is a large L-shaped sofa in front of the coffee table and a smart screen TV. Sliding doors open out on to the pool terrace leading to the shaded outside dining area. There is also an indoor dining table which seats 8 guests.
The first of the villa's 4 bedrooms can be found on this level; a double with en-suite shower room. This spacious bedroom has sliding doors out onto the pool terrace and enjoys views across to Kalkan harbour.
Each bedroom in this property has a wardrobe and dressing table.
There is a walk-in cupboard by the stairs that houses a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board for guests' use.
A guest cloakroom can also be found on this floor.
Three further bedrooms are situated on this level – two twin bedrooms that share a separate shower room and a large balcony with far reaching views to the islands. Both bedrooms have sliding doors leading to the comfy seating area on this covered balcony.
The large double bedroom on this floor has an en-suite shower room and sliding doors out onto a private balcony with two rattan armchairs set around a coffee table. This is an ideal spot from which to enjoy views of the landscaped garden below and across to Kalkan Bay.
Stairs lead up to the roof terrace through a door at the top of the landing. Under this partly shaded terrace is a rattan sofa and two arm chairs set around a coffee table surrounded by large planted pots. This is a wonderful outside space from which to enjoy a sundowner before walking in to town for dinner.
Outside the villa:
The villa has an L-shaped freshwater pool accessed by steps at one end. The spacious and private terrace area has 8 sunbeds and 1 parasol. There is also a marble dining table that seats 8 guests beneath a covered terrace which can be accessed via the living area. A built-in stone pizza oven / BBQ can be found in the elevated part of the terraced garden, or a gas BBQ is also provided if preferred.
