A distinctive three-bedroomed detached villa in an elevated position, offering panoramic views over Kalkan and the Taurus mountains.
The villa’s rather grand design has been based on the Bosphorus mansions of Istanbul and its appearance is enhanced by its mosaic columns and the use of varying tones of marble.
Set over three floors, Villa Antik is fully air-conditioned and is laid out as follows:
Open plan living / dining area – archway through to well equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The living area includes a fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. WiFi internet access is also provided.
There is a double sofa-bed within the living room for the 7th + 8th guests (if applicable).
Access to a central balcony / terrace area with comfortable seating and stunning views over Kalkan Bay. The perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail!
Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with seating area, en-suite facilities and balcony with beautiful sea views
Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom with en-suite facilities and balcony with sea views
Bedroom 3 – Very spacious master double bedroom suite which occupies the whole of this floor and incorporates an Ottoman seating area, dressing area, sea view balcony and luxury en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle and twin basins. The Jacuzzi is situated underneath picture windows that have panoramic views over Kalkan bay. Panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from all aspects of this suite.
Large fresh water swimming pool and spacious sunbathing terrace with al-fresco dining area and stone-built BBQ. Ample sun loungers and parasols provided.
The centre of Kalkan village is a 15 - 20 minute walk away (downhill).

Please note: Monday changeover only. The 7th + 8th guests, if applicable, will be accommodated on the double sofa-bed in the living area.
