This luxury three-storey stone villa is within the exclusive Patara Prince Resort with its unusual architecture, mature landscaped gardens, 3 outdoor pools and many other amenities (listed below). 

Every room has a sea view and the villa is very tastefully decorated throughout having undergone a complete renovation in recent months.  

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The ground floor living area within the main house, is spacious and well furnished with a TV, DVD player plus plenty of comfortable seating. This floor also houses the open plan kitchen and a dining area. Doors lead out onto the large outdoor terrace (private to this particular villa) and this features an al-fresco dining area from which you can take in the beautiful sea and harbour views.

There is a WC on this level also.

An elegant spiral staircase leads to three of the villa's four bedrooms on the first floor (x3 doubles). These are are are fashionably decorated and furnished and offer plenty of natural light with more of those views. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower ground floor within an annexe containing a kitchenette, living area and private terrace with views over the garden towards the sea. This level is separately-accessed from the main part of the house so this bedroom would not be suitable for young children (although it would suit older teenagers or a couple wanting their own privacy). This bedroom also has en-suite facilities.

A 10 minute ride in a water taxi will take you to Kalkan harbour – from here you have access to Kalkan’s numerous atmospheric bars and restaurants. Alternatively, you can drive to Kalkan in 5 minutes.

Villa details include:

• 4 bedrooms each with a sea view (x4 doubles - please note that one of the bedrooms is located on the lower ground floor, which is separately-accessed from the main part of the house)
• The lower ground floor is a separate annexe containing the 4th bedroom as well as a kitchenette, living area plus a private terrace with sea views
• 4 shower/wet rooms
• Spacious open-plan living / dining / kitchen area. The living area has a 42 inch LCD TV,  DVD player and stereo sound system and the modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob
• Patio doors to a furnished terrace area with BBQ
• Air-conditioning throughout
• Weekly clean and linen change
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Access to the resorts many facilities (see below)

Please note: 

• Owing to the fact that the Patara Prince Resort is built on a fairly steep hillside, there are lots of steps to negotiate and this property would not suit people with walking difficulties.

• The Patara Prince Resort provides a WiFi service for all the villas within this complex, however, some of our past guests have reported sporadic problems with the connection. Unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee the quality of this service as it's not within ours or the owner's control, but we will do our best to assist you if you experience any difficulties.

Prices are for the villa per week. Maximum number of guests - 8.
