Villa Serra

Villa Serra is a spacious detached villa in a convenient location close to the Likya Residence Hotel + spa. The walk into Kalkan town takes about 8 - 10 minutes and the property benefits from having beautiful views across Kalkan bay.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and all five bedrooms offer en-suite bath or shower rooms.

Suitable for a large family group, Villa Serra has a contemporary feel and offers plenty of space for relaxing in.

The villa is laid out as follows:

GROUND FLOOR

The living area is open plan and comfortably furnished. WiFi internet access is provided as well as a plasma satellite TV.

The kitchen features granite work surfaces and modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and water cooler.

A dining table and chairs is also situated in this area (seating approximately 5 people).

A WC is also situated on this level.

FIRST FLOOR

One double bedroom with en-suite facilities that include a bath with overhead shower. This bedroom has a sea view balcony with table and two chairs.

Twin bedroom with en-suite facilities that include a bath with overhead shower. This bedroom has a sea view balcony with table and two chairs.

SECOND FLOOR

Two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities that include bath with overhead shower. Each bedroom has a sea view balcony with table and two chairs.

THIRD FLOOR

Master double bedroom with en-suite facilities that include bath with overhead shower.

This bedroom benefits from having a separate dressing room and access to a spacious roof terrace with table + two chairs, plus two sun-loungers and a parasol.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA

Freshwater pool (approximately 8 metres x 4 metres and 1.70 metres deep) with poolside shower. The pool terrace area is very spacious with ample sun-loungers and parasols.

There is also an additional shaded terrace area incorporating comfortable wicker seating plus a dining table and chairs that seats 8 people. There is also a stone-built BBQ plus portable BBQ.

Villa Serra benefits from a daily maid service for light cleaning. A twice weekly full clean and linen change is also carried out.

Prices

TBC for 2013

Prices are for the villa per week based on 8 people sharing (maximum number of guests - 10). A £50 per person per week charge will be levied for the 9th + 10th guests if applicable). 

Please note: Monday or Saturday changeovers preferred.
