We were delighted to feature Villa Panorama 1 within our portfolio last summer and now we're pleased to add Villa Panorama 2 for the 2013 season.

These 5-bedroomed detached villas are situated in the tranquil and beautiful Akbel area of Kalkan which is an eight minute drive away from central Kalkan.

The villas certainly live up to their name - they have wonderful far-reaching views across the countryside towards the sea at Patara and they're surrounded by natural pine forest and olive groves.

Both villas have been tastefully furnished and are fully air-conditioned.

Each villa is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor:

The ground floor consists of a spacious open-plan dining, kitchen and living area.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a 42” LCD satellite TV and DVD player with a large selection of DVD’s for guests’ use (some of which are 3D - glassed supplied).

The dining area seats 10 guests and the well- equipped kitchen includes modern appliances including large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and gas hob.

Two sets of patio doors lead out on to the pool terrace.

A separate WC is located on this floor and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities is also situated on this level. This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace via a set of patio doors.

First Floor:

This floor has three bedrooms – one twin and two doubles. Each of the bedrooms has en-suite facilities plus a balcony.

Second Floor:

The master suite occupies this floor. This double suite has en-suite facilities which include a Jacuzzi bath plus a balcony and two spacious terrace areas.

Outside the Villa:

Spacious terrace with infinity-edged pool (4 metres x 9 metres – 1.5 metres deep). Pergola with comfortable seating. Stone built BBQ. Al-fresco dining area. Outdoor shower. Ample sunloungers and parasols.

Kalkan town centre is an 8 minute drive away.

Other points to note:

A weekly clean and linen change is carried out – additional cleaning can be organised at extra cost if required
A welcome pack is provided on arrival
