Villa Iznik



Villa Iznik is a substantial, well-appointed four-bedroomed detached villa, set over three floors.

The spacious accommodation is fully air-conditioned and is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor:

Large open plan living / dining kitchen area.

The living area has a CD player and a WC is located on the level.

The kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and all utensils required for self-catering. A central island unit provides a useful breakfast bar.

First Floor:

One double bedroom with king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and terrace-style balcony.

One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace-style balcony.

Second Floor:

One double bedroom with kingsized bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and terrace-style balcony.

One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace-style balcony.

Hairdryers are provided in each bedroom.

Outside the villa:

A large fresh-water pool with attractive fountain feature.

Spacious sun terrace with shaded al-fresco dining area and BBQ.

Ample sunbeds and parasols are provided.

The villa is surrounded by mature plants, shrubs and colourful flowering plants.

General notes:

A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

A weekly clean and linen change is carried out.

Towels for the shower rooms are provided but you will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.

Some of the roads immediately surrounding the villa are unmade and quite rough, therefore, this villa may not suit the elderly or the infirm.

The walk into Kalkan town will take approximately 15 minutes - this is downhill so therefore, uphill on the way back, so a taxi home might be a good idea – these are readily available. A ‘pay as you go’ mobile phone is provided so you can call a taxi to the villa if required.

Prices

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 8).
