Villa Dolluca is an attractive detached property in a quiet and elevated position offering breathtaking views of picturesque Kalkan village and of the surrounding Taurus mountains.

 

The villa is 5 minutes drive from Kalkan’s village centre and is within easy reach of the region’s many historical sites and areas of natural beauty.

 

Set over two floors, the villa can accommodate 4 – 6 guests (the 5th and 6th guests, if applicable, would be accommodated on additional beds added to the master bedroom or on the two single-sized sofa/day beds in the living area). The owners use the villa as their winter home, so as a result, the property has been stylishly furnished with great attention to detail.

 

The ground floor has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and owing to the floor to ceiling windows, the property is flooded with natural light which adds to the spacious feel of the villa. The pool terrace is accessed by French doors from the dining area or from the living area.

 

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each having access to a large balcony with a seating area. The perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee while looking out over Kalkan bay.

 

The villa has a good-sized pool with a spacious terrace, dining area, shaded gazebo and stone BBQ.

  • The villa is accessed by a number of descending steps – this may cause a problem for people with mobility problems
  • Owing to the location of this villa, we would recommend car hire. Taxi’s are readily available if preferred
