Villa Cinibar is a beautifully presented detached four bedroomed villa in the Kisla area of Kalkan, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and popular beach clubs. Water taxi services are available from the beach clubs and these will take you across the bay to Kalkan harbour.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and the accommodation is laid out as follows:

The ground floor consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has comfortable seating, views over the pool terrace, satellite TV, DVD player and MP3 docking station. Doors lead out on to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, microwave, large fried-freezer, dishwasher, water-cooler, electric oven and gas hob. A side door from the kitchen leads out to the breakfast and BBQ terrace. The dining area has a circular table seating eight guests.

A staircase leads down to the lower ground floor which contains two bedrooms, a kitchenette area with fridge, kettle and washing machine and a dining area with table and seating for four guests. The two bedrooms on this level are a twin and a double. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room. This level has access to a shaded outdoor ‘garden room’ which has comfortable seating and provides a cool place to relax away from the midday sun.

The first floor has a spacious master bedroom with a large bay window that provides stunning sea views plus a balcony. There is a twin bedroom on this level with Juliet balcony. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.

On the next level is a spacious roof terrace with fabulous views and a shaded seating area.

Outside the villa is a large infinity-edged pool with Roman-style steps. Ample sunloungers and parasols are provided, together with comfortable seating and an al-fresco dining area.
