The Pearl Duplex Apartment is fully air-conditioned with two en-suite bedrooms and it shares a pool and spacious sun terrace with just two other apartments.

It’s evident that the owner has made a lot of effort to ensure that the Pearl Apartment’s guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

The ground floor of the apartment features a stylishly furnished open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living area has comfortable seating and plasma TV, satellite channels, I-pod docking station and DVD player. Semi-circular glass doors open out on to a patio for al-fresco dining.

The well-equipped modern kitchen features granite worktops and has a range of appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and cooker. The dining area seats four guests.

There is also a WC on this level.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor where the bedrooms are situated.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and impressive sea views. Glass doors lead out onto a spacious terrace with seating, a drinks table and more of those fabulous views. This bedroom has en-suite facilities with power-shower and glass screen.

The second bedroom is a twin with a good-sized balcony with sea views. This bedroom also has en-suite facilities with power shower and glass screen.

Outside the apartment is a spacious shared terrace and freshwater pool which is easily accessed by circular steps. Ample sun-loungers and parasols are provided.

The terrace also has a stone-built BBQ plus a poolside shower. A shaded al-fresco dining area is provided just outside the living area of the apartment. The well-maintained terrace area is festooned with colourful and fragrant plants and shrubs.

A welcome pack provided on arrival and a full clean and linen changed is carried out on a weekly basis.
