Mavi Manzara translates to ‘Blue View’ in English, and the apartment has the most superb views of the Mediterranean and Mouse and Snake islands in Kalamar Bay. The apartment is set within a small complex, with only 2 other apartments sharing the infinity pool.
Mavi Manzara is south facing and enjoys plenty of sunshine, but still has shaded areas. There are olive groves to the west and behind the complex and some of the old trees have been kept in the rear garden.
The area is very peaceful, yet the centre of picturesque Kalkan with its roof top restaurants, lovely shops and beautiful harbour is within easy access.
The apartment is finished and equipped to the highest standards and Kalamar and Kuluble beach clubs with their sunbathing platforms and restaurant facilities are only a 5 minute walk away. For the active guests among you, there is a diving school at Kalamar Beach Club and water sports can be arranged there too.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Lower level (on the first floor):
This level comprises an open plan living area and kitchen – this area has great views, comfortable seating and a flat screen TV.
The kitchen is very well equipped and includes an array of modern appliances, including large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, extractor and a water cooler. A breakfast bar is also incorporated into the kitchen. Sliding doors lead out onto a spacious sea view balcony with an al-fresco dining area.
The first of the apartment's two bedrooms is located on this floor. This is a twin and it as direct access to the above-mentioned balcony.
This bedroom has use of the shower room / WC across the hall.
Upper level (on the second floor):
This floor is home to the apartment's Master bedroom with en-suite shower room / WC and access to the apartment’s roof terrace which has superb views, comfortable seating from which to enjoy them and a luxurious Jacuzzi.
There is a washing machine located in a storage room off the master bedroom en-suite.
Outside the apartment:
The apartment has access to a spacious terrace and generous-sized infinity pool (approximately 12 metres x 3.8 metres x 1.6 metres deep) which is shared with just 2 other apartments. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols.
To the rear of the apartment is a comfortable seating area beneath a pergola, which is ideal for a cooling afternoon drink.
The pool is tended to daily by the onsite caretaker, as are the beautifully-maintained gardens that surround the complex.
