Itimat Duplex Apartments

We are delighted to be able to offer these brand new duplex apartments which are conveniently situated in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, within 5-10 minutes' walk of Kalkan's village centre. 

The complex comprises four apartments, three of which are available for holiday rental. All the apartments have been elegantly furnished, have stunning views towards Kalkan harbour and are fully air-conditioned. The apartment grounds have been thoughtfully landscaped and there's a shaded pergola with a large dining table for guests' use. Ample sunloungers and parasols are provided.

There are two types of apartment - two upper and one lower.

The lower duplex is laid out as follows:

Bedrooms on ground level with access to pool terrace (1 double and 1 twin). The double has an en-suite wet room and the twin has a wet room next to it.

The living area is on the first floor and is open plan with kitchen area (incorporating fridge-freezer / dishwasher / gas hob / electric oven / washing machine) and dining area. Flat screen TV.  Sliding doors open out onto a large wrap-around balcony with great sea views.

There is also a WC on this level.

The upper duplexes are laid out as follows:

The living area is on the first floor of the apartment and is open plan with kitchen area (incorporating fridge-freezer / dishwasher / gas hob / electric oven / washing machine) and dining area. Flat screen TV. Sliding doors open out onto a large wrap-around balcony with great sea views.

The bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) are on the upper floor of the duplex. The double has an en-suite wet room with frosted glass walls and the twin has a separate wet room next to it. These bedrooms have access to a spacious roof terrace with stunning views.

Other points to note:

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• A twice-weekly clean and linen change is carried out
• WiFi internet service is provided
