We are delighted to add the Asfiya Retreat Apartments to our portfolio. This new development is in a convenient location just off the Kalamar Road and is only a 10 minute walk from Kalkan’s old town quarter.

 

Built by one of Kalkan’s leading developers, the complex comprises 13 apartments and we are offering five of these for holiday rental.

 

We have several 2-bedroom apartments and one 3-bedroom apartments on offer, with either balconies or roof terraces. Each apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access, satellite TV, DVD player, MP3 docking station, safe and hairdryer.  A description of each apartment can be seen below.

 

These apartments have use of the attractively designed communal pool and spacious sun terraces, which are furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols.

 

Our guests also have use of the facilities at the nearby Asfiya hotel (subject to availability).

A twin bedroom is situated on this floor. This bedroom has use of a shower room on this level.

 

Upper Floor:


One double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a small balcony.

 

One twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has sliding doors that open onto an outdoor terrace area which is comfortably furnished with wrought iron sofas and ottoman-style cushions.
